Assembly Associate

AssemblerPrideStaff is seeking detail-oriented assemblers for a temporary assignment with a growing manufacturing team in San Diego. This role involves assembling components, wiring panel boards, and working from schematics and diagrams to support production operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working with tools, wiring, and technical instructions in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructionsCut, strip, and crimp cables according to specificationsAssemble and populate panel boards with components per layout diagramsWire panel boards following wiring diagramsOperate labeling equipment and apply labels to finished productsTroubleshoot and resolve basic assembly or wiring issuesComplete production and quality documentation accuratelyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentVerify inventory and materials align with work order requirementsQualificationsPrevious assembly or light industrial experience preferredAbility to read and follow technical diagrams and instructionsExperience with wiring, crimping, or cable assembly is a plusStrong attention to detail and quality standardsBasic troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 25–50 pounds as neededManual dexterity for handling small components and toolsCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $21.00
