About the Opportunity

Our client is a BCBA-led Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy center providing individualized, evidence-based services to children with developmental delays and disabilities.

The organization focuses on helping children ages 2–10 develop communication, social, and daily living skills through personalized 1:1 treatment plans, family involvement, and a supportive, child-focused environment.

They are seeking an in-person Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to manage a caseload, supervise clinical staff, and provide caregiver support. This salaried position offers flexibility and autonomy within a collaborative clinical environment focused on ethical, high-quality care and measurable outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Manage a clinical caseload while maintaining 25 billable hours per week
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies based on measurable outcomes
• Supervise and support mid-tier interns, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and Behavior Technicians (BTs)
• Lead caregiver training sessions to support skill development beyond the clinical setting
• Collaborate with families to promote meaningful progress and greater independence
• Participate in clinical meetings, team huddles, and collaborative treatment discussions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure services and documentation meet applicable clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
• Build positive relationships with clients, caregivers, and members of the clinical team

What You'll Bring

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Active Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to independently manage clinical responsibilities while remaining collaborative and team-oriented
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based ABA practices
• Focus on measurable outcomes and meaningful client progress
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, caregivers, and clinical staff

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience providing ABA services in an in-person clinical environment
• Experience supervising RBTs, BTs, or clinical interns
• Experience conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Caregiver training and family support experience

Previous in-person ABA experience is preferred but not required.
