If you're driven by growth and teamwork, we want to meet you!Key Responsibilities:Provide Comprehensive Patient Care: Conduct patient screenings, including oral and neck examinations, and accurately collect and chart medical/dental histories.Preventive & Periodontal Excellence: Skillfully remove plaque, clean teeth, and provide advanced care to prevent and treat gum disease.Diagnostic Imaging: Proficiently take X-rays, develop dental impressions, and produce high-quality radiographs.Patient Education & Communication: Effectively educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, the importance of diet, and calm/counsel patients during examination and treatment.Team Collaboration: Support the Dentist in all aspects of dental care and maintain strict sterilization protocols for instruments and equipment.Professional Development: Remain current with the latest advancements and developments in dental practice and technology.Requirements:RDH Licensed in Nevada (or eligible for licensure).Demonstrated focus on Patient Satisfaction and Practice Success.Positive Attitude and a proactive approach to work.Strongly Motivated by Professional Growth and Teamwork
