Work Environment\nThis is a remote position, providing counselors with the opportunity to conduct therapy sessions in a comfortable and familiar setting. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide one-on-one counseling sessions via secure video chat to help clients improve their mental well-being. \n
- Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to express their emotions, experiences, and challenges, fostering insights into their personal growth. \n
- Act as a strong advocate for clients by assisting them in defining realistic and achievable personal goals. \n
- Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ mental conditions, creating and implementing effective treatment plans based on a solution-focused approach tailored to their needs. \n
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, ensuring compliance with professional guidelines and standards. \n
Our clients comprise a diverse group of individuals who are prescreened and typically experience low acuity mental health challenges. By focusing on stable and engaged clients, you will be able to form therapeutic relationships grounded in trust and guided by empathetic listening. Our approach ensures that therapists are matched with clients whose needs align with their areas of expertise.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling. \n
- An independent license in one of the following specialties: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Note: Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted. \n
- Strong ability to make professional evaluations and decisions regarding treatment planning. \n

- Proficiency in utilizing digital tools for therapy delivery and documentation with strong computer literacy skills. \n
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a sympathetic nature that fosters strong therapeutic alliances. \n
- Experience with diverse populations and an understanding of various socio-cultural backgrounds. \n

- Attractive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year based on hours worked. \n
