This role is ideal for technicians with experience servicing diesel generators, automatic transfer switches (ATS), paralleling switchgear, and mission-critical backup power systems.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair diesel generators ranging from 20kW to multi-megawatt systems
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues
• Service ATS and switchgear systems
• Perform preventative maintenance, load bank testing, and commissioning
• Interface directly with customers
• Provide repair recommendations and technical expertise

Ideal Background

• Commercial or industrial generator experience
• ATS and switchgear troubleshooting experience
• Cummins, CAT, Kohler, MTU, Generac Industrial, FG Wilson, or similar OEM experience
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to operate independently in a field-service environment
