We have a highly collaborative culture supported by our EAGLE PRIDE values!JOB SUMMARY: Your Flight Plan!The maintenance technician position, under limited supervision, is responsible for the general daily maintenance of the facility and satellite areas.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Ready to Fly!Maintain all exterior areas of buildings, including brushing debris from walls, ceilings, and all outdoor surfaces. Pressure wash when needed.Maintain and clean all interior and exterior furniture and fixtures such as tables, fans and pool lounge chairs.Maintain pools including vacuuming and filtration systems.Pick up debris in and around the facility.Maintain general appearance of all indoor spaces by vacuuming carpet, dusting fixtures, mopping floors, cleaning windows, bathrooms, counters and tiled areas.General painting, plumbing, A/C, carpentry, and electrical work.Assist housekeeping staff with setting up/breaking down of furniture in various rooms during peak times.Assist supervisor in obtaining bids and general information.Assist in maintaining the pools and spas cleanliness and temperatures when needed.
