WE WILL BE INTERVIEWING, HIRING, AND TRAINING FOR CRYSTAL AT OUR FIVE GUYS ST LOUIS PARK LOCATION.
THE ADDRESS FOR INTERVIEWS IS 5699 W 16TH ST, ST LOUIS PARK, MN 55416.
We’re hiring Shift Manager's and Crew Members for Crystal, MN .
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and motivate team members during your shift (SHIFT MANAGER)
- Ensure exceptional food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
- Execute opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures with consistency
- Support training and development of crew members (SHIFT MANAGER)
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Handle cash, inventory, and daily operational tasks
- Step in wherever needed to keep the shift running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred (SHIFT MANAGER)
- AMAZING PERSONALITY AND SMILING FACES
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A hands-on leader who leads by example (SHIFT MANANGER)
- Flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends)
- Passion for great food and great service
