We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing outpatient clinic in Rexburg, Idaho. Our practice specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation and sports medicine , and we value clinicians who are committed to delivering individualized, evidence-based care in a welcoming and collaborative environment.

Pelvic floor experience is a plus , but not required. We are happy to consider candidates who are interested in expanding their skills in this area.

Whether you're an experienced clinician or a motivated new graduate, we're looking for someone who enjoys building strong patient relationships and helping people return to the activities they love.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, individualized patient care in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans (PT) or implement treatment plans under the direction of a supervising Physical Therapist (PTA).
• Treat a variety of orthopedic and sports-related conditions using evidence-based techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment or communicate recommendations as appropriate.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with our team to create an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

For PT Applicants:

• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• Current Idaho Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure).

For PTA Applicants:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Idaho PTA license (or eligibility for licensure).

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest or experience in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation.
• Pelvic floor rehabilitation experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
