Physical Therapist Assistant

About the Opportunity Global Service Resources is seeking skilled Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to support both the Inpatient and Outpatient Physical Therapy departments at Harbor?UCLA Medical Center, a major Los Angeles County hospital. This full?time contract role is ideal for PTAs who enjoy a dynamic clinical environment and are committed to delivering high?quality patient care. Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Contract 13?week assignment with a high possibility of extension Pay Rate $35 – $40 per hour Key Responsibilities Provide therapeutic treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist with patient mobility, strengthening, and functional training Support PTs with evaluations, treatment planning, and progress documentation Deliver care in Inpatient and/or Outpatient settings based on department needs Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and rehabilitation goals Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery Qualifications Active California PTA license Current BLS certification (AHA preferred) Experience in hospital, inpatient, outpatient, or rehab settings preferred Ability to work full?time, Monday–Friday, 8:0 AM – 4:30 PM Strong communication, teamwork, and patient?care skills Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay: $35–$40/hr (based on experience) Weekly pay Medical, dental, and vision benefits available Sick leave provided in accordance with California Paid Sick Leave requirements W?2 employment through Global Service Resources Employment Details This is a 13?week contract with a high likelihood of extension based on performance and facility needs Employment is at?will, consistent with California labor laws Pay range is disclosed in compliance with California Pay - Transparency regulations Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Global Service Resources is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
