TODAY What You'll Do: Lead systems analysis, application design, development, testing, debugging, and implementation for complex projects and application enhancements. Collaborate with Development, Operations, and Technology teams to define technical solutions, manage project plans, estimate effort, and deliver milestones on schedule. Provide technical guidance to team members, coordinate development activities, review deliverables, and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices. Analyze application integrations and system dependencies, troubleshoot issues, maintain technical documentation, and recommend technology or process improvements. Ensure applications meet business, risk, regulatory, and internal control requirements while partnering with stakeholders, senior management, and vendors to support ongoing system effectiveness. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED Minimum 5 years of experience in systems analysis/application development. Minimum 7 years of experience in presenting to the target audience. Minimum 7 years of experience in coordinating between Applications and business units Minimum 7 years of experience in recommending and implementing systems solutions Minimum 7 years of experience in driving project milestones and delivery dates. Minimum 7 years of experience in Microsoft .NET & Azure. Minimum 7 years of experience in Angular. Minimum 7 years of experience in SQL engineer & Cloud Database. What Sets You Apart: Familiar with application development software and hardware platforms. Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent project management, word processing and spreadsheet software. Capable of working on multiple projects of a complex nature. Excellent problem-solving skills to assist in issue resolution. Good verbal and written communication skills. Good organizational and time management skills. Detail-oriented. Good lateral thinking skills. Good understanding of the Bank's application framework. Subject matter expert in business with knowledge or experience utilizing application/system being supported. Advanced understanding of applications supported with a sound knowledge of interfacing/integrated applications. Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously. Ability to multitask for various components of complex projects. Action-oriented. Pro-active. Advanced knowledge and focus of the entire system to work on projects outside of normal business-as-usual (BAU). Good communication and Azure skillset for assistance with cloud forward development in Mortgage Origination team.
