Chester Academy Substitute School Nurse Summary:
Chester Academy is seeking qualified substitute school nurses to work in our K-8 school on an as needed basis.
Requirements:
- Must hold a current NH RN license
- Pediatric experience and school experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect care to students in compliance with school district policies, professional standards of practice, physician orders and individual health plans
- Maintain health records and complete appropriate documentation
- Collaborate with administrators to ensure effective daily health supervision of all students
- Function in accordance with the NH Practice Act, Code of Ethics for Registered Nurses, and the School District policies and procedures
Daily Substitute Nurse Rate: $205.00
