So, what's the day-to-day like?

Let's be real: every day is different — because every patient is different. But here's the heart of what you'll be doing:

Assess & Understand Get to know each patient's physical condition and design care plans tailored to their unique needs and goals.

Lead Therapies That Work From manual therapy to guided exercises and assistive devices, you'll implement interventions that restore strength, flexibility, and independence.

Track Progress & Adjust No cookie-cutter plans here. You'll monitor results closely and tweak the plan as needed to keep things moving forward.

Be a Team Player You'll work side-by-side with nurses, physicians, and fellow rehab specialists to make sure care is holistic and on-point.

Educate & Empower Coach patients and caregivers on at-home exercises, movement strategies, and daily habits that keep the healing going long after they leave your care.

Champion Wellness We believe physical therapy isn't just about recovery — it's about long-term health. You'll be an advocate for movement, injury prevention, and active living.

What You Bring to the Table

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
• Licensed PT in the state (or on your way there)
• Certification in specialty areas (ortho, geriatrics, etc.) = big plus
• Solid clinical or outpatient experience is helpful, but not required
• Compassion, great communication, and a mind that loves to problem-solve
