What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing the operating room with sterile instruments, supplies, and equipment
• Assisting during surgical procedures by passing instruments and anticipating surgeon needs
• Ensuring aseptic technique and safety protocols are followed at all times
• Collaborating with surgical and nursing staff before, during, and after procedures
• Handling specimens properly and managing post-procedure cleanup
• Maintaining a calm, focused presence in high-pressure situations

What You'll Bring

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• Certification through NBSTSA (CST) or eligibility to obtain
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of sterile technique
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
