Responsibilities: • Lead and inspire a team of dedicated kennel staff, ensuring every dog receives top-notch care and attention. • Oversee the daily operations of our daycare, boarding, grooming, and training facilities, ensuring efficiency and safety. • Develop and implement procedures to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our furry guests. • Collaborate with the team to create engaging activities that promote the well-being and happiness of all dogs in our care. • Monitor and manage inventory of supplies, ensuring all necessary items are stocked and readily available. • Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. • Train and mentor new team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. Qualifications: • Experience in managing a team within a pet care or similar environment, ensuring high standards of care and service. • Ability to oversee and optimize daily operations, ensuring efficiency and safety across all facilities. • Proven track record of developing and implementing procedures that maintain a clean and organized environment. • Strong communication skills to foster relationships with clients and address their concerns effectively. • Ability to train and mentor new team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Experience in managing inventory, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked and available. • Passion for animal welfare and a commitment to providing exceptional care for all dogs in our facility. Compensation: $17 - $20 hourly
