Tool Designer Apprenticeship

Pay $16.00 – $21.50 per hour, depending on experience and skill level Education High school or equivalent (mandatory); one year of college experience preferred Experience Mechanical engineering: 1 year (preferred) Remote No — this is an on-site job An apprenticeship in our Engineering department designing tooling solutions, using Catia and SolidWorks to design components and produce drawings. Responsibilities Create 3D models and the associated dimensional drawings for fixtures, gauges and other tooling solutions Complete strength and stress calculations Assemble and performance-test prototypes Write reports documenting conclusions, results and procedures What you need High school diploma or GED equivalent Basic mechanical aptitude CAD experience — SolidWorks or Catia preferred Engineering extracurricular activities preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Dynamics Group
