The role involves assisting customers with product inquiries, resolving issues, handling service requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Daily responsibilities include managing customer interactions via phone, email, or other communication channels with professionalism and efficiency. The specialist will act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolutions.
