Respiratory Therapist

As a Respiratory Therapist with Encompass Health, you will provide direct patient care, administer breathing treatments, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote patient recovery. Responsibilities Provide direct care to patients requiring medical gas, breathing therapy modalities, and medications. Guide patients through breathing treatments, supervise care, conduct assessments, and create personalized care plans. Build meaningful relationships with patients, understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support successful recovery. Celebrate patient progress and milestones as part of the care team. Qualifications Current State License in Respiratory Therapy. CPR certification. ACLS certification preferred.
