About the Opportunity: We are seeking a Customer Service Support 3 professional to serve as a key liaison between customers, Lam account teams, field service engineers, and logistics teams. In this role, you'll support critical customer service operations, process orders and returns, coordinate logistics activities, and ensure customers receive timely and accurate service for both planned and urgent support needs.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Answer incoming customer inquiries and provide exceptional service and support.
• Process customer orders, service requests, RMAs, exchanges, and machine-down orders within SAP.
• Create and manage return authorizations, service tickets, and logistics transactions.
• Monitor order status and communicate delivery updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate outbound and reverse logistics activities to support customer needs.
• Track returned materials, repair status, inventory transactions, and replacement activities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service activities.
• Collaborate with Field Service Engineers, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Account Teams to resolve customer issues.
• Schedule service activities and support documentation management as needed.
• Generate reports and maintain databases associated with customer service operations.
• Support Follow-the-Sun customer service operations and provide backup coverage as required.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service, call center, order management, logistics, or service support environment.
• 1+ years of experience communicating directly with customers via phone, email, or service platforms.
• 1+ years of experience processing orders, service requests, RMAs, returns, or customer transactions.
• 1+ years of experience utilizing SAP or similar ERP systems for order management or customer service activities.
• 1+ years of experience working with logistics, shipping, inventory, or supply chain processes.

• Experience handling urgent customer requests and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel for reports, inventory reviews, or status tracking.
• Strong listening, documentation, organization, and customer service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn business processes, systems, and customer requirements.
• Experience using SAP transactions such as VA01, MD04, MMBE, or similar order management functions.
• Experience supporting machine-down service events or high-priority customer escalations.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international logistics activities.
• Semiconductor industry or high-tech manufacturing experience.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
• Experience supporting global customers and cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility to adjust schedules based on business needs, including weekends and holidays when required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Additional Information:

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
• Overtime: May be required based on customer demand and business needs.
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule with 3 days on-site and 2 days working from home.
• Training Schedule: First 4-6 weeks will be conducted Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST.
• Regular Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST, with flexibility required based on business needs.
• Weekend/Holiday Support: Candidates must be willing to support weekends and holidays when required; remote work may be available during weekend coverage.
• Top Skills: SAP, customer service/call center experience, order management, logistics coordination, and schedule flexibility.
