We are currently open and developing first class gaming venues in Rochester, Hampton, and Littleton.What You'll ExpectAs an IT Technician II, you'll keep the casino's technology systems running smoothly by supporting hardware, software, networks, and specialized gaming systems. You'll work with internal teams and vendors to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient tech operations.What You'll DoSupport and maintain the Casino Management System (CMS) and related hardware/softwareSet up and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, access points, wiring)Monitor network and device performance; recommend improvementsMaintain firewalls, virtual machines, and vendor-supported applicationsInstall, maintain, and troubleshoot PCs, AV equipment, and POS systemsWork with security to ensure camera and recording systems meet regulationsDocument network layouts, device configurations, and system passwordsAssist with system upgrades, installs, and vendor coordinationProvide reliable connectivity for all casino operationsWhat You'll Bring2+ years of IT support experienceStrong knowledge of network infrastructure and administrationProficiency in PC troubleshooting and software supportExcellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyExperience in casino or hospitality environments is a plusWhat We RequireAbility to obtain and maintain a Gaming licenseMust be able to lift up to 10 lbs. and work in environments with noise, secondhand smoke, and occasional weather exposureFlexible schedule and ability to work overtime or at multiple locations as neededAvailability needs for this role include: Tuesday - Saturday, 3pm-11pm
