You’re in charge of making sure the restaurant operates smoothly, the team is fired up and every guest leaves with a big smile. You’ll lead the way in creating unforgettable experiences that keep people coming back, all while driving sales and keeping business going. You’ll also be the go‑to person for making sure our frontline training systems are ready to go. Restaurant Manager Qualifications Managers must be over 21 years of age. At least 3-5 years of recent full‑service or fast‑casual restaurant, hospitality, or food service experience. Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification. Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations. Results driven and team oriented.
