Urology Gynecology Sales Representative- Detroit, MI
Intuitive Surgical
Intuitive Surgical seeks a sales representative to drive growth in urology and gynecology markets in the Detroit area. The role involves training surgeons, developing strategic accounts, and leveraging company resources to expand da Vinci adoption across these specialties.
Responsibilities
- Accelerate urology and gynecology growth rates in key strategic markets
- Train new gynecologists and urologists on total practice adoption
- Establish regional case observation sites and training epicenters
- Build data demonstrating clinical and economic value of da Vinci platform
- Serve as market intelligence liaison for marketing and training teams
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years sales experience with 2+ years in healthcare
- Bachelor's degree required
- Urology or gynecology experience preferred
- Ability to travel up to 25% and work evenings/weekends as needed
- Proven ability to influence peers and manage complexity
- Strong clinical selling skills and credibility building
- Excellent communication across diverse organizational functions
