Position Overview
As a Consumer Loan Servicing Associate, you will play a key role in supporting members throughout the loan lifecycle while delivering high-quality service and ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Process consumer loan applications from initial intake through completion, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate member funding activities, including disbursements and verification of required documentation
- Prepare and review loan packages to ensure completeness and adherence to internal policies and procedures
- Handle inbound calls and assist members with loan-related questions and service requests
- Provide ongoing support by resolving miscellaneous loan servicing issues in a timely and professional manner
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of consumer loan servicing experience
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Prior experience working within a credit union required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
