What You’ll Do As a Project Manager, you’ll play a critical role in our growing construction division. You’ll oversee job estimates, pre‑listing repair and home improvement projects, manage day‑to‑day field operations and service providers (subcontractors), and work closely with our construction and operation teams to keep everything running smoothly. Here’s what you’ll take on: Schedule and Coordinate : Plan material orders and subcontractor schedules to meet project demands. Project Oversight : Manage project goals, timelines, and budgets. Client Management : Keep clients in the loop with clear, professional communication about schedules and any project changes. Track Progress : Maintain up‑to‑date schedules reflecting material deliveries, contractor timelines, and project changes to ensure deadlines and budgets are met. Build Relationships : Foster strong partnerships with service providers and vendors through fairness and professionalism. Quality Control : Oversee punch lists and ensure every detail is addressed for a successful project closeout. What You’ll Bring Construction Savvy : Hands‑on knowledge of general construction principles and key trades like electrical, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, flooring, and painting. **Pricing experience is a plus!
