We are hiring an Advanced Practice Providers for an established nonprofit, multi-site community health network in Central Florida. The current openings include an NP/PA role in Leesburg and an NP role covering Groveland/Tavares. Both focus on comprehensive ambulatory care, prevention, acute and chronic disease management and reliable follow-through.
- Outpatient comprehensive primary care in an established community network.
- No weekends at the majority of centers, 10 paid holidays and early Fridays; exact schedule and coverage expectations will be confirmed.
- Healthcare coverage, paid time off, retirement plan, career advancement and tuition/training reimbursement.
- Modern health centers, team-based practice and a mission focused on improving access and outcomes.
- Current APP markets include Leesburg for NP/PA candidates
