We are seeking a dependable, patient-focused professional who thrives in a collaborative and positive environment. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive office that values work-life balance with a 4-day work week and no Fridays! Schedule (days/hours) Mon-Thurs 8-5 Responsibilities Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and instruments Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate patient records Ensure patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit Support infection control and sterilization protocols Work closely with the clinical team to provide excellent patient care Qualifications Meet all state specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain before start date) Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care Compensation $21-$22/hour About Us Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off ("PTO"), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
