Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, assessing the unique needs of each client to tailoring sessions accordingly.

• Monitor and document client progress throughout their treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based interventions to facilitate improvement.

• Collaborate on intervention strategies with other mental health specialists, ensuring coordinated care and comprehensive support for our clients.

• Provide continuity of care by following up with psychiatrists and attending physicians regarding clients who have been hospitalized.

• Identify potential barriers to recovery, such as behavioral issues, and develop strategies to address these challenges effectively.

• Engage with family members and primary caregivers to educate and support them in managing the mental health challenges faced by their loved ones.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this role is competitive, with an annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 101,000, depending on experience and productivity. Additional benefits include:
