Job Description Job Description Hawthorne Center for Rehabilitation Healing of Ocala:Address: 4100 SW 33rd Ave, Ocala, FL 34474TimberRidge Center for Rehabilitation Healing:Address: 9848 SW 110th St, Ocala, FL 34481Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Hawthorne Center for Rehabilitation Healing of Ocala and TimberRidge Center for Rehabilitation Healing.::Work inside the dedicated therapy gyms within these skilled nursing facilities, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF):PRN POSITION **Increased rates when medical benefits are waived.**:This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a SLP.
