- $550,000 "+" Salary Guarantee
- Term: 2-5 years and seeking long-term relationship
- $50,000 Sign-On Bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Otolaryngology (ENT)
- Modern Hospital; progressive, growing and great culture
- Established practice and 10 plus surgical cases weekly
- Modern OR's with great staff and New Stryker Equipment
- New Clinic and Audio Booth
- Excellent anesthesia and staff support
- Large referral base and No competition
- General Practice & University Affiliated
- 4.5 day work week
- EPIC EMR and Dragon Dictation
- CEO "Physicians run the hospital, administration provides support"
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Otolaryngology (ENT)
- Recent Board Eligible or Board Certified
- General ENT Practice, but can also add sub-specialized work
- Add Mid-Level Support once practice is ramped up
- Must be Team-Oriented and patient/quality focused
