This position involves teaching students the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the aviation maintenance industry. Instructors will utilize hands-on training methods and up-to-date curriculum to ensure that students obtain the necessary competencies for FAA certification.Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary, but are not limited to:Prepare and deliver lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on workshops related to aviation maintenance.Design, implement, and evaluate curriculum and assessments to meet learning objectives.Manage classroom and laboratory environments to provide a safe and engaging learning experience.Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.Collaborate with industry partners to remain current with best practices and emerging trends in aviation maintenance.
