EXP. VIP BARTENDERS NEEDED ( MIN. 1YR.)
We are a Temp Staffing company serving the Finest Venues in Chicago.
You will be working VIP Tents at A major Global Golf Event Wed- Sun. 9/23-9/27
Ideal candidates require the following:
* MUST SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND PERFECT ENGLISH
*MUST HAVE A SMART PHONE WITH THEM AT ALL TIMES TO CLOCK IN/OUT
*MUST HAVE A BLACK BISTRO UNIFORM & BAR KIT
* REQUIRED TO WORK ALL 5 DAYS , 8-12HR. SHIFTS EACH DAY
* Have reliable transportation. A free parking lot is offered
* Eligible to work in the USA with proper documentation
* Be at least 21 years of age
- RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide professional and friendly beverage service to VIP guests.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
- Understand and follow event-specific beverage menus and service standards.
- Monitor guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service.
- Properly handle glassware, bar equipment, and beverage products.
- Assist with bar setup and breakdown before and after events.
- Communicate professionally with event managers, clients, and fellow staff.
- Follow all company, venue, and responsible alcohol-service policies.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout the event.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous bartending experience required.
- Experience working upscale, VIP, corporate, hotel, or private events preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Must be comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting event-related equipment when necessary.

- You will most likely work in the same VIP Tent each day. So you will see the same people daily which means the BETTER YOU PERFORM, the BETTER YOUR GRATUITY.........
