Responsibilities You will manage a portfolio of tax engagements for individual and business clients, including complex returns for high net worth individuals, partnerships, S corps, and closely held businesses. You will review work prepared by staff and seniors, mentor junior team members, handle tax planning and research, and serve as a trusted point of contact for your clients. This is a client facing role with real ownership. Qualifications CPA or EA required 5+ years of public accounting tax experience, with recent experience reviewing returns Strong background in individual, partnership, and corporate taxation (HNW experience is a big plus) Someone who enjoys mentoring staff and building client relationships A professional who wants to grow, there is a clear path to senior manager and beyond here Benefits $150,000 to $225,000 base salary depending on experience, plus bonus Genuine work/life balance and a culture that treats people well Strong advancement opportunities with a firm that promotes from within Full benefits package Location This role is fully onsite in Lincolnshire, IL.
