Manufacturing Production Operator

This manufacturing position offers a dynamic, fast-paced work environment focused on producing polymer-dip-molded products using and monitoring automated dipping equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, dip molding or coating equipment, clean molds, and assist with preparing polymer solution.
• Assist with secondary operations such as trimming and assembly of polymer parts.
• Inspect parts using both visual and measurement methods to define if parts have defects during the manufacturing process and alert the technical manager to allow for needed corrections.

Manually record production data on worksheets, including quantity made per day, part numbers, and other specified information.

Qualifications:

Training will be provided.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Mechanical aptitude

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.

Lift up to 40lbs

Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, heat and cold.

Work Environment:

Manufacturing environment.

Facility is not climate controlled.

Additional Information:

May require occasional overtime and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, as needed.
