Core Responsibilities Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility approximately daily. Complete orientation and training on the job. Communication Skills Comprehend and convey written instructions. Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person. Essential Functions & Skills Make correct monetary change. Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Coordinate motor actions to make precise movements quickly. Enter orders with a computer keyboard or touch screen. Sensing & Physical Requirements Use hearing and vision to manage telephone communication and perform in‑store tasks. Maintain depth perception and differentiate hot and cold surfaces. Stand, walk, stoop/bend, crouch, squat, reach, and hand‑task as required for daily operations.
