In this hands-on role, you’ll deliver beverage products to bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and other retail customers while providing excellent customer service. As the face of our company, you’ll build strong relationships with customers and work closely with Sales Representatives and Merchandisers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and taking pride in delivering great service. What You’ll Do Deliver orders safely, accurately, and on time along an assigned route Load and unload product at each stop Check in deliveries with customers and ensure accuracy Provide professional, friendly customer service Build positive relationships with customers and team members Follow all safety and DOT regulations Maintain a clean and organized truck Communicate effectively with team members and leadership What We’re Looking For Must be 18 years of age or older Class A CDL required Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Strong work ethic and reliability Self-motivated and able to work independently Customer-focused with good communication skills Physical Requirements Lift/carry heavy beverage products regularly Push/pull loaded hand trucks and equipment Frequent bending, lifting, and walking Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift Why Work for Maletis Home every night Employee discounts on beverages and apparel Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Retirement plan to include – Teamster Pension Trust and 401k plan Opportunity for growth Stable, consistent work Compensation The starting rate is $26.63 per hour, with annual increases based on length of service. Benefits Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the Maletis' benefits program (Medical, Dental, Vision, & Retirement: Supplemental Income 401K and Teamster Pension Trust) following 90 days of employment. You will be automatically enrolled in the life insurance plan that the company provides to you, free of charge, following 90 days of employment. Time Off Vacation. As a full-time employee, you will receive vacation pay in the amount of 40 hours following 1 year of service. Annually on your anniversary date, you will receive a drop of vacation hours based on your tenure with the company. Sick Time.Full-time employees begin accruing 1 hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked and can carryover up to 40 hours annually. Hours are available to use after 90 days of employment. Holidays.
