Role Description The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will provide evidence-based behavioral consultation in early education settgings. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting behavioral assessments, developing and monitoring individualized behavior support plans, and offering ongoing educator education through GJC's unique consultation and professional development approach. The BCBA will collaborate with employer partners and school teams to understand workplace and classroom needs, design tailored interventions, and support implementation through modeling, feedback, and data review. This is a part-time hybrid role based in eastern or central MA, with some work-from-home flexibility for planning, documentation, and virtual trainings. The role also includes maintaining clear records, tracking outcomes, and contributing to continuous improvement of services and resources. Qualifications Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, with the ability to design and evaluate behavior support plans using data-driven methods. Experience in Parent Education and caregiver coaching, including the ability to explain behavioral concepts in accessible, practical terms. Background in Psychology and child development, with a focus on understanding challenging behaviors in home, school, and workplace contexts. Expertise in Behavior Management strategies, including prevention, skill-building, and positive behavior supports across diverse settings. Current BCBA certification and compliance with professional and ethical guidelines; licensure in Massachusetts as required by state regulations. Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience leading workshops or trainings for families, educators, or organizations. Ability to build collaborative relationships with parents, school staff, and employer partners, and to work effectively in both in-person and virtual formats. Prior experience in school consultation, family services, or organizational behavioral support is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
