Physical Therapist

UF Health is seeking a Physical Therapist for our Acute Care team in Gainesville, FL. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based physical therapy to medically complex and post-surgical patients in a fast-paced hospital environment. Responsibilities include comprehensive evaluations, individualized treatment planning, functional mobility and gait training, and active participation in interdisciplinary rounds and discharge planning. You’ll document in the EMR, educate patients and families, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
