Here's what we're looking for in our agents:
- A passion for representing sellers and buyers in residential real estate transactions.
- Proficiency in drafting residential purchase agreements and listing agreements.
- Skill in conducting thorough property evaluations to determine accurate property values.
- A commitment to being readily available and responsive to clients' needs.
- Diligence in keeping all systems and CRM tools updated with the latest information from our channel partners.
- A valid Real Estate License is required.
