Provides nursing care to patients and families along the health illness continuum Collaborates with the health care team Performs initial, ongoing health status assessment Identifies and communicates assessment findings Initiates and coordinates care plans Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions Delegates tasks in accordance with specific criteria and state statutes Participates in development of self, peers and others Manages resources including personnel, supplies and equipment Requirements High School or GED (Required) BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - National Council of State Boards of Nursing Must hold a current license from the State of Ohio.
