No Door Knocking. No Prospecting.Are you a sales professional who enjoys working with people who are already interested in buying or selling?Quality Homes is looking for motivated Sales & Leasing Agents to join our team at communities throughout Southeast Michigan.This is a unique sales opportunity. You will not be responsible for cold calling, door-to-door sales, or generating your own leads through traditional prospecting.Instead, you'll work with buyers who have already expressed interest in our homes, as well as existing residents who are looking to sell their homes.Your job is to build relationships, conduct showings, follow up with interested buyers, and turn warm opportunities into closed deals.What You'll Do· Respond to and follow up with buyers who have already inquired about available homes· Work with existing residents who are interested in selling their homes· Conduct home tours and showings· Answer questions and help buyers find the right home· Guide buyers through the application, financing, and closing process· List and sell new, used, and brokered homes· Follow up with interested prospects and move them through the sales process· Maintain accurate lead and customer information in our electronic sales system· Work closely with the Community Manager and Quality Homes team· Help ensure homes are ready for showings· Assist with open houses and community events when needed· Provide an exceptional customer experience from initial inquiry through closingWhat You DON'T Have to DoThis is important:· No cold calling· No door knocking· No buying your own leads· No traditional prospecting· No responsibility for creating your own advertising campaigns· No spending your days chasing people who have never expressed interestOur marketing efforts generate inquiries, and you'll be responsible for working those opportunities and converting them into sales.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is:· Confident and comfortable speaking with customers· A strong communicator and relationship builder· Organized and capable of managing multiple prospects· Self-motivated and able to work independently· Comfortable asking for the sale and following up· Professional and personable· Goal-oriented and motivated by commission-based incomePrevious experience in real estate, automotive sales, home sales, leasing, retail sales, or another customer-facing sales position is a plus, but it's not required for the right candidate.A valid driver's license is required.Why This Opportunity Is Different-Work With Warm LeadsYou won't have to spend your day searching for people to sell to.
