Senior Manager, FinServ & Insurance Ad Sales

Additional information about Spectrum Reach can be found at The Senior Manager, Financial Services & Insurance has responsibility for driving revenue and leading the FSI vertical. This individual will work directly with Sales leadership, soliciting prospective customers at the brand and partnering with their agency sales counterparts. Generate meetings and building relationships with the top revenue generating brands directly. Deliver monthly updates on industry trends in sales meetings. When needed, act as FSI SME on all aspects of the vertical, including terms and trends (National, regional and local Sales). Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/yearly sales quota for full division. Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years 7+ years of FinServ & Insurance advertising experience Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge Proven motivational skills Inquisitive by nature, a strong aptitude to research with the ability to turn data into results Ability to work independently and collaborate when needed PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Preferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge Understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and data-driven media buying methodologies Experience selling or activating media through programmatic channels, including programmatic guaranteed, private marketplaces (PMPs), and/or biddable media Familiarity with advertising technology platforms such as demand-side platforms (DSPs), data management platforms (DMPs), customer data platforms (CDPs), and identity resolution solutions Knowledge of advertising measurement and attribution methodologies, including multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, and cross-platform measurement Experience working with or selling against third-party measurement and analytics partners (e.g., attribution providers, brand lift studies, conversion tracking solutions) Ability to translate data, analytics, and measurement insights into compelling client-facing sales narratives Understanding of audience-based buying, data onboarding, and the use of first-, second- and third-party data in media activation Familiarity with emerging trends in advanced TV, streaming, and digital media, including addressable advertising and converged TV buying strategies Experience in an ad tech, digital media, or data-driven advertising environment preferred Here, our employees don't just have jobs, they're building careers. A qualified applicant's criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances. The base pay for this position generally is between $130,000.00 and $160,000.00 . The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses. In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $104,000 .
