Shipping Associate

Key Responsibilities Accurately pack and ship orders Verify item counts and part numbers prior to packaging Package items securely to prevent damage Operate shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx, DHL) Prepare domestic and international shipments Band, wrap, and prepare pallets as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with team to meet deadlines Report discrepancies or issues Qualifications Warehouse or shipping experience preferred Experience with UPS, FedEx, DHL is a plus Strong attention to detail Computer skills/ERP or Advanced warehousing is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs / team lift 150 lbs Strong teamwork and communication skills Work Environment Warehouse setting with frequent standing, walking, and lifting. Fast-paced environment with daily shipping deadlines. SKILLS & ABILITIES Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Inventory software, Manufacturing software, Order processing systems, Microsoft Excel and Word Processing software. Certificates & Licenses Valid Michigan Driver's License Ability to pass Hi-Lo Driver Exam and receive a Hi-lo License PHYSICAL DEMANDS Stand C (Constantly) 10 lbs or less; F (Frequently) Walk C (Constantly) 11-20 lbs; F (Frequently) Sit O (Occasionally) 21-50 lbs; O (Occasionally) Handling / Fingering C (Constantly) 51-100 lbs; O (Occasionally) Reach Outward F (Frequently) Over 100 lbs; N (Not Applicable) Reach Above Shoulder F (Frequently) Climb O (Occasionally) Crawl O (Occasionally) Squat or Kneel O (Occasionally) Bend O (Occasionally) Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
