Manager, Education Strategy & Content Development - Spine & Sports

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Manager to lead education strategy and content development for the DePuy Synthes Spine and Sports platforms. The role involves developing scalable learning solutions, managing educational content across multiple formats, and partnering with cross-functional teams to support commercial readiness and clinical education globally.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain global commercial learning strategies and educational content across multiple mediums
- Partner with functional and commercial leaders to align education with business strategy and commercial models
- Support clinical and skills-based learning strategies for current and future robotics and enabling technology platforms
- Lead vendor and contractor teams to deliver content projects on schedule and within budget
- Ensure learning content lifecycle management, compliance, and global consistency across regions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 5 years progressive orthopedic commercial experience in sales, training, or marketing
- Spine and sports surgical navigation or robotic-assisted surgery experience
- MBA or M.Ed preferred
- Blended learning program design and curriculum development expertise
- Experience managing external vendors and contractors on content projects
