About Compass Healing Project: Compass Healing Project provides therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families across the state of Colorado and California. We specialize in working with adults and couples from a somatic therapy approach on all things trauma, attachment, whole-self (heart, mind, body, and soul), intersections with full spectrum intersections with sexuality, spirituality, and inclusivity. Our therapists are trained in a variety of therapeutic techniques; however, we specialize in Somatic Experiencing (SE), Somatic healing models, Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) and use an attachment lens for much of our clinical work. Therapist Job Posting: We are currently seeking a self-motivated therapist in Golden, CO In-person/hybrid pre-licensed/licensed clinician to join our team! We are asking for a 10-session-a-week minimum in-person commitment (2 days in person in our beautiful downtown Golden office), hybrid/remote additional hours optional on top of this if wanted. Clinicians must have nervous system-informed education and be comfortable and competent with working with couples and adult individuals with trauma. We are open to CA inquiries, however, CO open positions will be filled first. This position is primarily in-person, with some hybrid/remote hours available. This position is for someone trained in and wanting to work with couples and relationships, and has a trauma healing modality in process. Minimum Qualifications: Master’s Degree and Registration number or License to perform counseling in the state Training in couples/relational work (EFT, PACT, IMAGO, or Crucible approach) OR trained in systems/relational work in graduate school Training in a Somatic therapy method with trauma resolution (SE, STR, Hakomi, Somatic EMDR, IFS) Experience working with individuals, couples, and educated, and allied with all forms of relationship, sexuality, and gender expression and experience Alt+/Poly, the LGBTQ+ community. Able to maintain liability insurance for their clinical work Compensation: Licensed clinicians: 60/40 split of hourly rate per client hour worked. Hourly rate $160-$180.
