Design, develop,maintain, and enhance automated workpapers, reports, and business processes using VBA, SQL, Power Query, and related technologies. Analyze data from multiple sources to improve reporting accuracy, streamline workflows, and support audit and financial reporting activities. Collaborate with IT teams to define system requirements, test new functionality, troubleshoot issues, and support implementation of technology solutions. Develop andmaintaintechnical documentation, process documentation, and user guides for automated tools, databases, and reporting solutions. Research emerging technologies and recommend process improvements to enhance automation, efficiency, and data integrity across the department. Other job-related responsibilities may be assigned asrequired. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field or equivalentcombination of education and relatedwork experience. Five (5) or more years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role. Proficient in VBA, Power Query, and SQL Database. Demonstrated experience leadingrequirements gathering and producing documentation to capture and organize business needs into clear, actionable items. Expertisedocumenting workflows andidentifyingopportunities for incremental improvements. Strong communicationand collaboration skills with ability to effectively engage stakeholders andmaintainprogress visibility. Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to effectively manage priorities and deadlines within short delivery cycles. Stronganalytical,problem-solvingand critical thinking skills. Preferred Qualifications MS Access experience. Knowledge of Medicare cost report process.
