Project Management Specialist - 2

Responsibilities Be responsible for on-time project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources Assist Project Director in organizing project cost structure in Oracle ERP Participate in customer, internal, and/or supplier project kickoff meetings and support the Project Director with preparation & coordination of customer, internal, and/or supplier kickoff meetings Develop and maintain a project roster including assigning and monitoring timely completion of project related training activities Support the development & issuance of the Project Management Plan & related project plans and project procedures Ensure compliance with U. S. government requirements as applicable Organize and archive project correspondence and records consistent with Project Configuration Management Plan Lead, draft, and issue project management meeting notes, action item lists, and project progress reports Other relevant duties assigned Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college OR a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience working on projects Strong oral and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.) Demonstrated organizational skills, particularly when related to project execution Experience or familiarity with Boiling Water Reactor (BWR) or Sodium Fast Reactor (SFR) designs Financial control knowledge and understanding Demonstrated professional interpersonal and leadership skills Ability to take initiative and to work independently Ability to influence othersExtreme attention to detail, follow up, highly organized #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
