CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION

• Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA)
• ACLS (ACLS): ACLS in 30 days of hire or transfer.
• Basic Life Support (BLS): BLS in 30 days of hire or transfer.
