We are hiring both HVAC Service Technicians and HVAC Installation Technicians to service, repair, or install residential heating and air conditioning systems . This role supports homeowners by providing reliable HVAC repair, maintenance, and system diagnostics .

Responsibilities: \n

We're hiring both HVAC Service Technicians:

\n

 

\n

As a Residential HVAC Service Technici an, you will:

\n

\n
• \n

  Troubleshoot and diagnose residential HVAC systems , including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioning units

\n
• \n

  Perform HVAC repairs, service calls, and preventative maintenance

\n
• \n

  Identify system issues and recommend appropriate heating and air conditioning solutions

\n
• \n

  Ensure all HVAC service work meets company standards and local code requirements

\n
• \n

  Communicate clearly with homeowners about system performance and recommended repairs

\n

\n

Qualifications: What You Need\n

\n
• \n

  2-6 years of residential HVAC experience

\n
• \n

  EPA certification

\n
• \n

  Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

\n
• \n

  Must pass background check and drug screening

\n
• \n

  Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy HVAC equipment

\n
