Administrative Nurse Manager

Nurse Manager City/State: New Rochelle, New York Grant Funded: No Department: MNR Clinic Administration Work Shift: Day Work Days: DAYS VARY Scheduled Hours: Hours Vary Scheduled Daily Hours: 7.5 HOURS Pay Range: $120,000.00-$150,000.00 Position Summary: The Nurse Manager provides daily support and guidance to the nursing staff and is essential in order to continue in the redesign and adhere to our patient centered requirements. Job Duties Include: Support a multi-specialty practice which includes internal medicine and specialty /subspecialty providers, including but not limited to Cardiology, Gastroenterology, OB/GYN and Urology. Oversee all clinical and administrative functions performed by the nursing staff to assure clinical and fiscal objectives are met. Ensure quality patient/family centered care are provided timely Patient/customer satisfaction issues are resolved timely Supervise, train and evaluate staff Acts as liaison between Montefiore Medical Group and Montefiore New Rochelle administrative and clinical departments. Development and implementation of policies and procedures according to evidence-based practice in accordance with regulatory standards and guidelines. Education and Requirements: Master's degree preferred. Bachelor's degree required Valid NYS Nursing License Minimum of 5 years' experience in a clinical environment, along with progressive leadership experience.
