Join our award-winning program management team and bring transformational project solutions to life.Your OpportunityStantec is seeking an Owner’s Representative, Project Manager for the Commonwealth of PA, Redevelopment Assistance Grant Application Program for reviewing, reporting and monitoring of projects from $1-$50 million. You will be reporting to a Project Director.Your Key ResponsibilitiesDirectly involved with Grant Application Documents and Construction Findings activities PA Public Law Construction Reporting of up to 25-40 projects.Manage conflicting priorities and business interests.Interact with Projects Team Members.Communicate clients’ goals, constraints, and priorities to the project team.Anticipate and foresee conditions and concerns.Ensure that scheduled activities are meeting the client’s goals and objectives.Communicate the vision and scope.Develop and maintain the respect and confidence of the project team, motivating your staff to perform at their best.Utilize the professional project team members and other resources efficiently.Position requires working knowledge of costs for capital project components.Create schedules with all relevant events and understand their relationships.Monitor profitability – fee and time utilization.Monitor and Assist in Reporting on the Application Process, Planning, Design, Bidding, Permitting and Construction Process.Monitor all client communication and correspondence.Prepare concise, timely accurate Meeting Minutes and Reports.Your Capabilities and CredentialsExperience in building sectors related to design and construction is required.Project Management experience on large, capital programs.Understanding of pre-construction/project development process and requirements.Understanding of PA Public Construction Requirements.Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.Strong computer skills and literacy in scheduling, word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet software.Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in related field, such as Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.5+ years’ experience in Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program Requirements.This description is not a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that may be required of the employee and other duties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned or may be changed at any time with or without notice.About StantecStantec is a global leader in sustainable engineering, architecture, and environmental consulting. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
