REQUIRED SKILLS MUST HAVE: Advanced Java development experience MUST HAVE: Advanced Next.js development experience MUST HAVE: Strong TypeScript expertise Experience building enterprise-grade web applications Strong understanding of software engineering best practices Experience working within Agile delivery environments Strong testing, debugging, and troubleshooting skills Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using Next.js and TypeScript . Build and enhance enterprise backend services using Java and related technologies. Collaborate with team members working across both Java and C# platforms. Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions. Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to overall solution design. Ensure adherence to established development standards, review processes, and quality expectations. Deliver well-tested, production-ready code that minimizes regression risk and reduces review overhead. Partner with UX, product, and engineering stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle. Participate in Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, estimation, code reviews, and retrospectives. Utilize modern development tools, including AI-assisted technologies such as GitHub Copilot, while maintaining full ownership of design decisions, validation, testing, and code quality.
